Our groups combine some of the benefits of private sessions with the flow, energy, and dynamics of a large fitness class. Way To Be limits the classes to 8 individuals to allow for any one on one attention or adjustments. Group classes are fun, motivational, and convenient!

Reformer sessions:
Reformer sessions are an excellent supplement to regular mat practice. The reformer is a sophisticated system of springs and pulleys designed to increase strength, muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Working on the Reformer will absolutely improve posture and body alignment. Equipment sessions are scheduled on a Private or Semi-Private basis and are ideal for all levels and abilities from rehab to athletic!
Essential/ Gentle Level Mat Pilates:
This level is ideal for those new to Pilates. We will reinforce the Basic Principles and work on Essential level exercises. We strongly encourage even the fittest individuals to begin thier Pilates practice at this level.
Cardio Rebounding:
High energy and advanced, this class really makes you sweat! Bounce up and down on the joint-friendly mini trampoline to rev up your cardiovascular system, recharge your lymphatic system and thoroughly tone your body.Combined Level Mat:
This class combines Essential, Intermediate, and occasionally Advanced exercises. We often add bands, balls, and fitness circles to increase the difficulty of the traditional mat class while assisting the proper form in each exercise at the same time. This class is recommended for those who have already learned the Basic Principles and are ready to try more challenging exercises.
PowerMat:
This is Way To Be's most challenging class. It is a faster paced class that combines Advanced and Intermediate exercises. This class is recommended only for those who have mastered the Basic Principles.
Pilates Circuit:
A fun and energizing class designed to gently work your cardiovascular system. We will move from station to station using bands, balls, fitness circles, discs, the rebounder, and even the Reformer. Pilates circuit - thinking outside the mat!
Pre/Post- Natal Pilates:
This is a fitness class designed for expecting and new moms. Exercise during pregnancy has been shown to reduce discomfort, ease the challenges of labour, and shorten post-partum recovery time. We will use stability balls, fitness circles, flex-bands, and baby to tone and strengthen. No previous Pilates experience necessary!
